iTunes Can Help You Get Fit

iTunes is commonly known for its wide assortment of music, but did you know it can also help you get fit? There are a wide variety of podcasts in iTunes U that discuss exercise and diet. Best of all, these podcasts are free.

Here are a few of them:
  • Health and Nutrition - Eating better to prevent disease, from Cornell University. Highlighted in this month's issue of Self Magazine
  • Mind-Body Practices - Focus on yoga, Tai Chi and other practices. Produced by M.D. Anderson
  • Fitness Fanatic - Caters to getting kids up and moving

They also have podcasts for the couch to 5k training plan for runners. Best part is they're free. Gotta love itunes!

I think alot of people now know that Itunes can get you in great shape. It's no longer a secret now!
