Terrell Owens' Exercise Routine

The Wall Street Journal interviewed Terrell Owens about his strength training routine. Regardless of what you think about the wide receiver, he remains in amazing shape. Plus, his reliance on using resistance bands is something you can replicate at home.

I think it's funny that they refer to TO's abs as "3D abs". His body is pretty amazing :) It takes a certain level of discipline and motivation to stay in shape like he does. Very inspiring!

Bands are fine, but you don't get to look like that from using bands. They have a purpose, and that is to provide a different type of stimulus for training.

Not to mention the discipline to exercise and train every day!

Great video. We've been studying it. We use the bands at KRU to add resistance to sport specific movements. Similar to what TO is doing in the video. Bands are great.

Wow, a bit misleading that TO developed his physique by using resistance bands. Bands certainly have their place for developing stability and altering a training stimulus, but I can assure you that TO's body and his performance on the football field is a result of training over hundreds of modalities.
